Samsung’s “Non-store”

Samsung Flagship NYC, FRCH Creative FuelSamsung’s new “non-store” store experience recently opened in NYC as an experiential brand space that allows users to see and explore the latest products and innovations from the Korean brand. Guests are greeted by a Samsung host, available to answer any questions or point them in the right direction. The first level is all about the brand experience. From the huge video screen/amphitheater, to the glass DJ booth and VR pods, it sets up a very emotional and exciting experience from start to finish. Read more of this post

I have been fortunate enough to visit the district several times over the past few years, allowing me to see the environment evolve and grow, becoming more impressed upon each return visit. Filled with luxury shopping, boutique art galleries and exquisite furnishings, the Miami Design District has managed to create a destination focused on fashion, design and architecture. It’s a place of creative inspiration at every turn.

Exploring Atlanta’s Ponce City Market

Located in the historic Old Fourth Ward on the east side of Atlanta, Georgia – the Ponce City Market is a mixed-use development years in the making. The 2,100,000 SF building (the building’s lot covers over 16 acres), one of the largest by volume in the Southeast United States, was used by Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1926-1987.
