Birchbox

Birchbox

I just signed up for Birchbox and I absolutely love it. I really enjoy receiving good mail, especially now that my magazine subscriptions are delivered digitally. The box is very well designed – everything is branded and the little details make the curated package feel like it really was especially prepared for me. All the products within it are very well designed too, making this a perfect package for a graphic designer to receive! Read more of this post

The Heineken Experience

Heineken

Located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, the Heineken Experience is a museum that celebrates the brand’s rich brewing history. The museum itself is located inside of the first Heineken brewery, which was established in 1867. I found my experience at the museum to be very positive due to the overall design of all the different exhibits as well as the interactive and communal aspects of the tour. I would recommend this tour for your next visit to Amsterdam and the best part is it’s only 18€ for several hours of fun! Read more of this post

Swatch

I find their nod to pop culture and design quite intriguing. Their most successful designs contain references to transit maps, measuring tapes, sculptures, and Rubik’s cubes.
