Over the Holiday break, my family and I took a trip out to Napa Valley to experience Wine Country. We visited a number of fantastic wineries, but one of the places that most inspired me was the Francis Ford Coppola Winery. It wasn’t even the beautiful grounds themselves or the quality wine that most inspired me, it was the way they brought Coppola’s personality to life in every aspect of the experience, from the environment to the naming of wines.  Read more of this post

Big Data Creates Big Magic at Walt Disney World

I’ve grown up going to Walt Disney World in Orlando every few years for practically my entire life. So, I’ve seen a lot the changes and improvements they’ve made over the years. I remember when they moved from printed tickets to ticket cards and then the introduction of the FastPass system in 1999 – but my all-time favorite technology has been the MagicBand and MyMagic+ system they launched in 2013. Park Avenue Seasonality

A few weeks ago, I was staring out the window of a NYC Taxi trying not to wince as we almost got flattened by a truck, and a bright yellow awning emblazoned with the word “summer” in bold, capitalized letters grabbed my attention.
