Sights and Sounds from NRF: iLab (Day Two)

Here’s a glimpse of product innovations at NRF’s iLab. Although there are many new software product introductions, these are a few that are focused on creating a new customer experience – many mobile enabled. 

According to AT&T, people check their mobile phone on average 150 times a day. So it is no surprise that mobile is a disruptor to retail. The key question is, how do retailers tap into this opportunity and engage customers?

The focus should be on the customer…connecting with them on their terms. Delivering on the basis of:

  1. Providing Tangible Value
  2. Showing them Value
  3. Creating Wow! Moments of Brand Engagement
