Sights and Sounds from NRF (Day One)

Every year the National Retail Federation (NRF) hosts their annual convention and expo, nicknamed “Retail’s BIG Show“. Today, Retail’s BIG Show is NRF’s flagship industry event held annually in New York City. The four day event offers unparalleled education, networking, and an enormous EXPO Hall full of technologies and solutions. Over the next four days we will be sharing the sights and sounds from this year’s event!

With the recent retail holiday sales up over last year, e-commerce up 13% and mobile up 59%, it’s no surprise that much of the discussion at NRF’s Big Show is about creating unique and meaningful experiences across channels to engage customers to drive traffic and transactions. In addition to new technology and a focus on millennials, there is a lot of rich insight and knowledge to leverage as brands continue to drive growth in the ever-changing retail landscape.
