2015 Anniversary Party

47_FRCHCelebrating the past while looking forward to the future is a reoccurring theme here at FRCH, so earlier this month we brought together our entire team to celebrate our 47th Anniversary! Never one to keep it simple, this year’s Activities Committee found a one-of-a-kind venue with a musical act to match!

This year’s event was held at The Transept – the venue, which once housed the congregation from the city’s first German Reformed Church is in the heart of the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati. The 147-year-old-building was transformed earlier this year as part of a $4.5 million renovation project to protect the history and architecture of the area. The renovation was sensitive to protect as much of the original features as possible while restoring the church to its former glory and in the process creating a beautiful blank canvas for weddings and parties.

Having raised the bar with this one-of-a-kind venue, the entertainment for the night had to be equally unique … enter The Naked Karate Girls! Not just your average party cover band, they are known for getting a party started (and many times partaking themselves) by whatever means necessary – in our case, over-sized sombreros and a toilet paper blower. The combination made for an epic night and a chance for the FRCH team to celebrate our people and 47 fantastic years in the industry!
