She will keep us ahead of the curve with consumer insights, marketing strategies and under the radar brands. Phillip Freer
Phillip’s passion for the dramatic is apparent in all areas of his life. An accomplished designer, illustrator and talented craftsman, his eye for detail and creativity come to life through DIY projects and renderings. Phillip will capture the magic of visualization and theme design as it relates to parks, retail and resorts.
Toby Harris
Originally from Indonesia, Toby shakes things up with his original ideas and funky approach to everything he works on, creates, cooks and wears. He’s found the perfect niche for himself, designing restaurants, cafes and QSRs. He’ll share with us his passion for food, flavor and restaurant design all served up in a way that only Toby can prepare.
Adrianne Korczynski
Passionate about brand development, logo design and graphic communication, Adrianne has an eye for brands that exude their personality and tone of voice through the visual arts. A deep-seated love for cooking, entertaining and all things food and beverage make her the modern day Martha Stewart.
Kate Kreimer
Kate is a recent retiree and a living legend of the FRCH family. We can confidently say that she is the only person we’ve ever met that has life figured out. With more ‘me time’ on her hands now, Kate has given in to her passions for food, wine and art and she’ll be sharing her broad range of interests and wisdom on topics ranging from gardening, to consumer insights, and anything else that strikes her fancy.

Chad Marchese
With his finger on the pulse of experiential design, consumer trends and pop culture, Chad energizes us with his range of insights from subversive to mainstream. His passion for all music genres has found him attending too many live music events to count and collecting hundreds of vinyl albums.
Robyn Novak
With an eye for details and an innate ability to create impeccable beauty, Robyn will enlighten us with inspirations from the world of interior design. In particular, she’ll focus on the beauty and jewelry industries, two of her personal favorites. Did we mention that Robyn also lends her visual talent to the edible arts – if she weren’t an interior designer, we’re certain she could make a killing owning a cupcake bakery!
Chrystal Roggenkamp
Chrystal is a self described music nut, on any given weekend you will find her downtown at a gallery, restaurant, or rocking to a local band. Finding inspiration in unconventional places, motion pieces, music, graphics and art installations comes from her training at the University of Cincinnati. Graduating with a Masters of Design, Chrystal draws connections between the built environment and other creative fields.
Lara Roller
With a taste and personal style that can only be described as effortlessly chic, Lara has an eye for the finer things in life. She’ll be delighting us with her zestful commentary about the latest innovations from the world of resource design – but, as evidenced by her personal collection of chairs (or more accurately, works of art) only the most hip and glamorous furniture, lighting and finishes will make the cut.
Mike Ruehlman
Always able to make you laugh, Mike’s energy and humor is an asset to our team. He will entertain us with his unique perspective into cultural anthropology and share his insights into all things graphics and experience design.
Amanda Searfoss
Drawing inspiration from all things glamorous, Amanda joins our team to share insights from the world of fashion and retail. We look forward to Amanda’s passion for sophistication and eye for innovative brands bringing a sparkle to Creative Fuel.

Brian is an architect who sees design with a different perspective. With a love for travel and adventure, Brian brings inspiration from all corners of the world. When at home his consideration and respect for details come to life through the historic home he is renovating in Newport, Kentucky.
Matthew Wirtz
Matthew’s attention to detail and appreciation of all things that have been well thought out, make him an excellent architect. With a passion for the outdoors, he loves any type of adventure, whether under water or on land – traversing the city of Cincinnati. In fact, he has become so involved in our local civic community, especially his advocacy for rebuilding OTR, that we wouldn’t be surprised if he was our Mayor one day – he would get our vote!
Dave Zelman
FRCH’s 'Director Of Reality' – Dave is always looking beyond fads to see what is really making an impact for our guests and customers. As an architect who has been part of the Hospitality, Retail and Entertainment industries throughout his entire career, he seeks out ways to make our spaces work for the Experience Economy. Never forgetting that we are in the business of making good business, Dave is constantly searching for the game changers that will impact our next generation of design.
