Garden Couture

A couple of months ago, Raf Simon’s debuted his first couture collection for Christian Dior. The collection, of course, was beautifully filled with bold colors, retro shapes, and elegant details.  However, what really made me awestruck was the set itself. The show was set in a series of Parisian rooms enveloped with millions of gorgeous delicate flowers; each room came to life with an intensity of color.

See how all the details came together in the video below.

Merry & Bright Colors for the Holidays

This year we have seen a lot of hot pink and lovely fluorescent colors popping up in fashion, and I have to admit that I have thoroughly enjoyed it. With the holidays just around the corner, it doesn’t seem to be slowing down. In fact, it seems that hot pink has replaced some of the traditional holly red… Read more of this post

Quick Trip to Chicago

A few weeks ago, Amy Baffi, Jennifer Eng, and I took a quick trip to Chicago. We had two goals.  One, to accept the LG Design Firm of the Year award; and two, to check out a few fabulous and new retail spaces. Our adventure started early at Soldier Field where we accepted the award, listened to a trend report by Little Fish, and took a tour of the Bears stadium. A Cincinnati Gem

This summer, Cincinnati has added yet another little gem to their list, The City Flea. This past Saturday, I joined a diverse crowd on the corner of Central and Vine hoping to find some interesting furniture for my slightly barren apartment. Strutting LG at Product Runway

A couple of years ago, FRCH partnered with D.L Couch wallcovering and walked away with people’s choice! This year we didn’t disappoint. FRCH was asked by Theresa Schneider, our LG rep, to design, build, and model a dress all from LG. Without hesitation, we took on the challenge.
