Homewood’s Lewis the Duck!

Lewis the Duck is the mascot of Homewood Suites by Hilton. FRCH was asked to help develop a kids’ area and reading library in several locations around the country for underprivileged kids.
Our first step was to develop a concept around Lewis and his friends’ travels. Next, each custom item for the room was sketched and detailed including a Lewis bookshelf, chalk wall and duck bench.
The duck bench required a 360 drawing to guide the sculptor in creating a three-dimensional likeness of Lewis.
A complete graphics and concept package was delivered to the client and the vendor showing exactly how each item should look and feel.
The final design was realized without a hitch and gives a deserving group of kids the inspiration to read and imagine.
